Hydrogen, and fuel cells occupy centre stage at fair

"Efficient and secure energy supplies were at the top of the agenda at the trade show Energy, under the umbrella of the Hanover Fair, this year. The line-up included the world's largest group presentation of hydrogen and fuel-cell technology and boasted a record 160 exhibitors from 25 countries. Professor Birgit Scheppat, of the Wiesbaden University of Applied Sciences, said at the show: "Hydrogen and fuel cells are complementary technologies, which are necessary in order to develop climate-friendly and efficient power and heat systems ready for widespread application in the marketplace.""
