Enviromech Industries Inc. ("Enviromech"), a leader in the design, production and sale of alternative fuel systems for the transportation and power generation industries, will supply the hydrogen fuel system for the University of Waterloo's winning entry in the General Motors and U.S. Department of Energy organized Challenge X competition. The University of Waterloo won overall at Challenge X for their fuel-cell-powered Chevrolet Equinox design in the first year of the three-year competition. Waterloo will now build their design for entry into the mule vehicle test phase being held by General Motors in the summer of 2006.
