Chiste Corporation Changes Name to HydroGen Corporation

"Chiste Corporation, a developer and manufacturer of multi-megawatt air-cooled phosphoric acid fuel cell (PAFC) systems through its operating subsidiary, HydroGen LLC, announced today that it has changed its corporate name to HydroGen Corporation (OTCBB:HYDG) (the "Corporation") and completed a 1-for-25 reverse split of the Corporation's common stock. Prior to the reverse split, the Corporation had 186,189,958 shares of common stock issued and outstanding.
